vibration from clutch pedal and becoming difficult to change gear
I own a 1998 Peugeot 206 diesel and I am getting vibration from clutch pedal and becoming difficult to change gear. have you any idea what is the problem ?

It would be my diagnosis that the clutch disc, pressure plate, and throw out bearing need replacing. The vibration is being caused by “Hot Spots” this is similar to a warped rotor in the braking system. Excessive heat changes the surface of the flywheel and leaves high and low spots. When the clutch pressure plate is removed along with the clutch disc, you can visibly see spots of discoloration usually purple looking. You should have the flywheel resurfaced at the same time as the clutch replacement to prevent the vibration with the new clutch.
