I replaced battery and now the dash lights wont come on.

Question:

I have a 1992 Cadillac Eldorado I replaced battery and now the dash lights wont come on. 

Answer:

The dash gets its power from fuse b-5 in the trunk compartment fuse box. Check all the fuses in the trunk. If they check OK make sure you haven’t accidentally turned your dimmer switch to off or low. If all checks ok we need to check power supply to dimmer switch. Then if power is there but not coming out. Replace the switch.
