I have a 1995 Chevy Blazer 4.3 V6 (cap wires off the sides) I had the code read and it came up P0302 misfire on #2 cylinder. I have replaced the sparkplug on #2 cylinder (front passenger side) the sparkplug wire the rotar cap the button and the coil and i still have the same miss and code…HELP PLEASE! what next? Already Tried: new plug, new wires, new cap, new button, new coil

Answer:
The most likely cause is from a clogged catalytic converter or a stuck egr valve. You should be able to draw vacuum on the egr valve vacuum port and kill the engine, if not replace. To check the catalytic converter, use a back pressure gauge inserted into the O2 sensor or remove the converter for testing purposes only. The pressure should be no greater than 1.5 psi.

it is common for it to be either one. (most likely the converter)
